Display and Design
The display of both laptops is almost the same the only difference is that the HP Victus display size is 16.1″ and the Asus Vivobook display size is 15.6″. If you like bigger displays, you may like HP Victus. But make a note, Victus display wobbles a lot even under the fan which feels a bit annoying at the beginning.
Design-wise both laptops look very sleeky and simple. However, Asus Vivobook Pro 15 is lighter and its total weight is only 1.8kg compared to the HP Victus nearly 2.5kg.
Keyboard and Touchpad
Both laptops come with a full-sized keyboard with a single white-color backlit. The typing experience is good. The only cons, I found in Asus Vivobook Pro 15 is that the backlit is not as brighter as HP Victus. But, the keys are easily visible at night, so nothing to worry about that.
There is basically no difference between the touchpad of both the laptops as both of them are responsive and supports multi-gesture.
Asus Vivobook Pro 15 has a few advantages over HP Victus as it has a fingerprint sensor and it also supports USB Type-C Charging.

Processor and Graphics
Both the laptops come with the AMD Ryzen™ 5 5600H (up to 4.2 GHz max boost clock) processor so in terms of performance there should not be big differences.
Both laptops come with the Nvidia RTX3050 GPU. But, the main difference is, HP Victus supports 85Watt TGP on the other hand Asus Vivobook supports only 50Watt.
Even Asus has 50Watt TGP, we got better performance than HP Victus. Check the gaming performance section for more information.

Because of the Dual Channel 16GB RAM Asus Vivobook is able to outperform HP Victus in most games even though it has RTX3050 GPU with more TGP.
Another important detail is that the thermals of the Asus Vivobook Pro 15 are slightly better than that of the HP Victus. I will recommend using a cooling pad if you want to play heavy games for long periods with max settings.
