The Gaming Performance of this laptop was very disappointing. The Games were already giving less FPS than its previous generation RX 5500M variant but to make matters worse while playing the game the FPS drops a lot every 15 to 20 seconds and since the drop happens frequently it is a major issue.
Now, you may think there might be a problem with my unit. But, No. I have replaced the laptop with another one and still, there was the same issue. I have also tested games at the lowest settings and also by upgrading RAM to 16GB. But, it didn’t solve the problem.
Battery
The laptop comes with a 52.5Wh Li-ion polymer battery and a 150-Watt charger. The charging time is around 2 hours and can easily give you 4 hours of backup on normal tasks.
Conclusion
The conclusion of the laptop is pretty simple, paying 55,000 – 60,000 for a gaming laptop in which you can’t even play games properly is a pretty stupid idea.
If you really want to buy HP Victus, I would say honestly just buy its RX5500M variant or invest slightly more and go with the RTX3050 model. For a detailed review of the HP VICTUS RX5500M click here. or read the below-given article.
